LifeKeeper Application Recovery Kits (ARK) provide application-centric monitoring and recovery. No modifications are required to clustered applications. The application is not actually even "aware" that it is being clustered which mean that practically all custom applications can be clustered.

Custom Applications

In addition to packaged kits (on right column) LifeKeeper can be made to support practically any application by Generic ARK or LifeKeeper Extender. The software development kit (LifeKeeper Extender for Linux or Windows), and script templates (Generic ARK) available within LifeKeeper, enable custom recovery capabilities to be easily created.
