SteelEye Competence and Support Center Established

STEELEYE COMPETENCE AND SUPPORT CENTER FOR HIGH AVAILABILITY CLUSTERING SOLUTIONS OPENED

Nordicmind Ltd in cooperation with SteelEye Technology® Inc has established a SteelEye Competence and Support Center in Helsinki serving Scandinavia, Baltic countries and CIS. Nordicmind will provide end-user customers and business partners with local, multi-language access to Level One technical support for SteelEye LifeKeeper solutions. In addition to English, support will be provided in Finnish, Danish, Swedish and Norwegian languages.

About The SteelEye Competence And Support Center

The SteelEye Competence and Support Center provides SteelEye customers and business partners easy, multi-language access to professionals with significant technical expertise in SteelEye LifeKeeper solutions. All support services are integrated within the worldwide SteelEye Technical Support program which provides local access to a shared knowledge base, automated request tracking, and direct escalation into SteelEye Level Two support as necessary.

Scandinavia and Baltic countries include Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Iceland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. ”CIS” (Commonwealth of Independent States) include: Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.

Hours of operation are 08:00 to 18:00 hours Central Europe Time, Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays). After-hours support for emergency requirements is provided 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
