LANDesk Achieves Record Customer Satisfaction Levels June-12-2008 LANDesk’s latest case closure survey has revealed record levels of customer satisfaction in EMEA. The survey, conducted in Q1, showed that 97% of customers were satisfied with the incident response and that 96% would recommend LANDesk to someone else. The results of this survey were consistent across all EMEA regions. These surveys are conducted internationally on a quarterly basis. At the conclusion of an incident, customers are asked to complete a short questionnaire and are also offered an opportunity to comment on their experience.
